It cost me next to nothing to make it from leftover fabric, and made from an easy, online yukata tutorial. The obi wasn't properly made/tied, the tights were cheap at Hot Topic, and the fan was already owned. The hair was a little bit of a pain, but I'll resolve it...eventually. I finally got some shoes to modify into "real" ninja sandles, but few photos exist. Retired because it no longer fits me.
